We carefully match you with families or education settings based on your experience, interests and availability. You deliver therapy independently, with the reassurance of structured support, digital resources and a clear clinical framework behind you.

We operate a transparent pay structure. You will know exactly what you earn per session before accepting work. There are no hidden deductions and no ambiguity.

Once your session notes are submitted using our simple template and confirmed, payment is made the same day.

No. You choose your availability. Some therapists take on one or two sessions per week alongside NHS roles; others build a fuller caseload. Flexibility is central to our model.
